At Survivors Outreach Ministries, our mission is to advance and protect the rights of crime victims by strengthening legal safeguards, sustaining vital victim services, and amplifying survivors’ voices within the justice system. By dismantling systemic barriers and ideologies, enhancing crisis response, and championing legislative and constitutional reforms that uphold the dignity, access, and empowerment of every victim of crime and their families.
Purpose:
To advocate and challenge soft-on-crime policies, progressive experiments,
and agendas disguised as reform that undermine victim safety and accountability. Work with legislators, justice professionals, and advocacy partners to advance policies
that restore fairness, protect victims, and rebuild public trust in the justice system.
By doing this we create change where it matters most — within the systems
that define justice in America.

Strengthening legal and constitutional safeguards for crime victims.
Expanding access to comprehensive, trauma-informed victim services.
Enhancing crisis response systems and cross-sector coordination.
The removal of systemic barriers that perpetuate inequity.
Promote legislation that ensures accountability of offenders and transparency in justice institutions.
Foster survivor leadership and participation in policy development for victims and their families.
No cashless bail for violent criminals.
Removal of soft-on-crime policies and procedures that do not hold offenders accountable.

1. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that God alone is the true source of justice.
All righteousness, truth, and mercy flow from Him — and it is through His wisdom and authority that justice is rightly established on earth.
2 Dignity and Respect – Every survivor has the right to be treated with compassion, fairness, and respect throughout the justice process.
3. Access and Equity – Victim services and legal protections must be accessible, inclusive, and equitable across all communities.
4. Empowerment and Voice – Survivors must have meaningful opportunities to participate in decisions that affect their rights and recovery.
5. . Accountability and Reform – Systems must be transparent and held accountable for upholding victims’ rights and addressing systemic injustices.
