We often gets requests from the community for survivors to speak about their experiences through presentations, panel discussions, and media interviews, to educate the public about the realities of interpersonal violence. Speakers, who are former survivors themselves are able to better address common myths surrounding violence, resources, and the healing process based on their personal experiences.

For years, the organization has provided direct, individualized advocacy for victims navigating the
complexities of the criminal and family court systems. Beginning in November 2025, Survivors
Outreach Ministries will shift its focus toward advocacy, policy reform, and legislative action aimed at
addressing systemic barriers and harmful practices that continue to impact victims nationwide.
